Ray White South Morang Spring Giveaway 2023 – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The “Ray White South Morang Promotion” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is conducted by Ray White South Morang, located at 27 Gorge Road, South Morang Victoria, Australia (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence on 6th September 2023 and conclude on 31st October 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, individuals must meet the following criteria:

• Participants must be residents of Australia.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must complete the online entry form at https://tinyurl.com/yc3x5dc8
• Participants must list their property for sale exclusively with Ray White South Morang before 31st October 2023, and the said property must be sold (unconditionally) by 30th November 2023.
• Participants property must not be exclusively listed with another agent.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps:

• Visit the online entry form at https://tinyurl.com/yc3x5dc8].
• Complete all required fields on the entry form, including personal contact details and property details.
• List a property for sale exclusively with Ray White South Morang before 31st October 2023, and the said property must be sold (unconditionally) by 30th November 2023.

By completing the entry form and listing their property for sale exclusively with Ray White South Morang before the specified deadlines, participants will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to win.

5. Prize

There will be a total of five (5) winners selected at random. Each winner will receive a holiday voucher valued at $2,000 (AUD).

6. Winner Selection

The winners of the Promotion will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 1st December 2023.

7. Winner Announcement

The winners will be announced on the Ray White South Morang Facebook and Instagram accounts on 1st December 2023. In addition to the social media announcement, winners will be contacted in writing using the contact details provided during the entry process.

8. Prize Redemption

Winners will be required to provide proof of identity and ownership of the property that was listed and subsequently sold exclusively with Ray White South Morang as part of the Promotion. The holiday vouchers will be awarded to the winners within 30 days of verification.

9. General Terms

• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
• Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Facebook and Instagram when participating in this Promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including eligibility and the selection of winners, is final and binding.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
• Participants’ personal information will be collected and used solely for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, as described in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• One entry per property listed and sold.
